IGNOU Aur Distance Education Degrees Govt Jobs Ke Liye Valid Hain?
Jo candidates form tayari ke sath-sath graduation karte hain, ya private job ke sath padhai karte hain, unka sabse bada sawal hota hai: 'Maine IGNOU/Open University se BA/B.Com kiya hai, kya main UPSC, SSC ya Bank ka form bhar sakta hoon?' Iska chhota jawab hai 'Haan', lekin kuch technical conditions hain jo aapko document verification ke time pata honi chahiye taaki koi invigilator aapko reject na kar sake.
1. The General Rule of Validity
- UGC (University Grants Commission) aur DEB (Distance Education Bureau) se recognized kisi bhi open university ki degree regular degree ke 100% barabar maani jati hai.
- UPSC, SSC, Banking, aur Railways me IGNOU ya other recognized state open universities ki degree fully valid hai.
2. Kahan Problem Aa Sakti Hai?
Technical Degrees: B.Tech, M.Tech, ya Medical/Pharmacy degrees distance mode se globally invalid maani jati hain (UGC/AICTE/Supreme Court orders ke according). Aise technical forms me distance degree reject ho jayegi.
Unrecognized Fake Universities: Agar aapne aisi university se degree li hai jo UGC ke fake list me hai ya jiske paas DEB approval nahi tha us saal, to degree reject ho jayegi.
3. Safe Document Checklist for Open Degree
- Apni degree aur marksheets par University ki seal/signature verify karein.
- Aap check kar sakte hain ki jis saal aapne admission liya tha, us saal aapki university DEB ki approved list me thi ya nahi (UGC DEB website par).
- Form bharte time marks conversion (if grades are given) apne university ke formula ke hisab se hi karein.
