Form Correction Window: Double Fee Deduction Aur Server Timeout Se Kaise Bachein
Jab kisi major government form (jaise SSC, RRB, ya State PSC) ki 'Correction Window' (edit karne ka samay) open hoti hai, to wo normally sirf 2 ya 3 din ke liye hoti hai. Is choti si window me lakho candidates apne name, photo, ya category mistakes ko theek karne toot padte hain. Server par heavy load ki wajah se payment gateways crash hone lagte hain. Candidate edit karne ke baad jab ₹100 ya ₹200 ki correction fee pay karta hai, to bank se paise kat jate hain par portal par status 'Pending' ya 'Failed' show hota hai. 2. Double Payment Kab Karni Hai?
Agar aapke correction window ki last date aaj hi raat ko khatam ho rahi hai aur pichla payment pending hai, tabhi majboori me dusra payment karein taaki form lock na ho jaye. Lekin agar window me 24 ghante ya usse zyada bache hain, to WAIT karein.
SSC jaise portals par ek 'Double Verification of Payment' ka button hota hai. Us button par click karne se portal forcibly bank ke server se status mangta hai aur 'Pending' ko 'Success' me convert kar deta hai. Is option ka fayda zaroor uthayein.
3. Refund Protocol & Best Practices
Agar aapne double payment kar diya hai, to exam boards ka standard rule hai ki successful form submission ke baad jo extra payments aaye hain, wo aane wale 7-15 working days me usi source (bank account/UPI) me auto-refund kar diye jate hain.
Best practice ye hai ki correction portal raat me (off-peak hours) 11 PM se 3 AM ke beech use karein jab server load minimum ho. Payment ke liye reliable network connection rakhein aur page ko khud refresh mat karein.
