Sports Quota Recruitment Reality: Certificate Validity, Trials Aur Out-of-Turn Promotion

2. Field Trials Aur Selection Process
- Sirf certificate hone se job nahi milti. Aaj kal paper-mills (fake certificates) se bachne ke liye har department rigorous 'Field Trials' conduct karwata hai.
- Trial Marks (Usually 40 to 50 Marks): Aapko ground par bulaya jayega aur wahan expert coaches aur department officials aapki fitness, technique, aur skill measure karenge. Sports persons ko ek advantage aur milta hai jise 'Out-of-Turn Promotion' (OTP) kehte hain. Ek normal clerk ko Head clerk banne me 10 saal lagte hain, lekin agar wahi clerk sports quota me hai aur usne National Games me apne department ke liye Gold Medal jeet liya, ya International event me country ko represent kar diya, to department use as a reward instantly bina exam diye agli higher rank par promote kar deta hai.
