- Candidates must hold a Law Degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those who have served at least two years in the Territorial Army or have obtained a “B” Certificate in NCC.
- Open your internet browser on your mobile phone or computer.
- Go to the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
- On the homepage, go to the “Candidate’s Corner” or “Download Admit Card” section.
- Look for the link titled “UPPSC APO Admit Card 2026”.
- Click on the admit card download link.
- Enter your OTR Number / Registration Number, Date of Birth, and other required details.
- Fill in the captcha code if required.
- Click on the Submit / Download Admit Card button.
