Gujarat's flagship SHG-based livelihood program connecting rural women into Self Help Groups (Sakhi Mandals). Provides revolving fund, bank linkage, skill training and market access. Over 2.5 lakh SHGs formed in Gujarat under this program, empowering millions of rural women.
Empowers women farmers by providing agricultural training, financial assistance, modern farming tools and market linkage. Covers women engaged in farming, horticulture and allied activities. Connects women farmers to SHGs for collective strength and access to government benefits.
Provides 30-40% capital subsidy for installation of rooftop solar panels for residential consumers. Gujarat is a pioneer in solar adoption. Net metering allows excess electricity to be sold back to grid. Reduces electricity bills and promotes clean energy adoption among households.
Provides financial assistance including subsidy and bank loan to unemployed youth and marginalized communities for establishing micro and small enterprises. SC/ST/Women/Minority/Disabled applicants receive higher subsidy. Aims to generate self-employment and entrepreneurship in Gujarat.
Provides revolving credit facility to farmers for agricultural expenses including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, land development and allied activities. Effective interest rate as low as 4% per annum after government interest subvention. Covers crop loan + post-harvest + maintenance expenses.
Zero-premium crop insurance scheme for farmers. Provides compensation for crop losses due to excessive rainfall, unseasonal rain, or drought. 33-60% loss gets Rs 20,000/hectare and above 60% loss gets Rs 25,000/hectare, covering up to 4 hectares per farmer.
Centralized online portal for Gujarat farmers to apply for 100+ government schemes related to agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and fisheries. Provides subsidies on agricultural equipment, seeds, fertilizers, irrigation infrastructure, crop insurance and more via a single unified platform.
Recruits qualified teachers (Vidhya Sahayak) in government primary and secondary schools to address teacher shortage, especially in rural and tribal areas of Gujarat. Selected candidates receive monthly honorarium. TET/TAT qualified candidates are eligible for application.
Unified portal providing post-matric scholarships to SC, ST, OBC, SEBC, Minority, EBC and NTDNT students pursuing higher education in Gujarat. Covers tuition fees, maintenance allowance and other academic expenses. Handles hundreds of scholarship categories under one platform.
Provides interest-free loans of up to Rs 1 Lakh to women Self Help Group (SHG) members for self-employment and small business activities. The state government bears the interest cost. Aims to promote financial independence and entrepreneurship among women of Gujarat.
Extension of Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana covering lower-middle-income families with annual income between Rs 4 to 6 Lakh. Provides cashless medical treatment up to Rs 5 Lakh per family per year. Bridges the gap between BPL families (MA) and middle-income families in healthcare access.
Provides cashless health insurance coverage up to Rs 5 Lakh per family per year to BPL families and families with annual income below Rs 4 Lakh. Covers major surgeries, critical illnesses, cancer treatment, cardiac surgeries, kidney transplant, neurosurgery etc. at empanelled hospitals across Gujarat.
