Provides free safety kit including helmet, gloves, safety boots, reflective vest and other protective gear to registered construction workers. Aims to reduce accidents at construction sites and promote workplace safety among construction workers of Jharkhand.
Provides death/accident compensation to registered construction workers or their families. Death compensation is Rs 5 Lakh, permanent disability Rs 3 Lakh, partial disability Rs 1-2 Lakh. Provides financial security to construction worker families during tragic accidents.
Provides financial assistance of Rs 5,000 to registered construction workers for purchase of tools required for their trade (like hammer, chisel, masonry tools etc.). Helps skilled construction workers maintain and upgrade their tools for better productivity and livelihood.
Provides medical expense reimbursement up to Rs 1 Lakh for registered construction workers hospitalized due to illness or injury. Covers worker and their family members. Ensures that construction workers have access to quality healthcare without financial stress.
Provides financial assistance of Rs 3,500 to registered construction workers for purchase of bicycle for commuting to work. Helps reduce transportation cost burden on low-income construction workers and improves their mobility and access to work sites.
Provides maternity benefit of Rs 20,000 for male worker's wife and Rs 25,000 for female workers for two deliveries. Registered female construction workers or wives of male registered workers are eligible. Supports maternal health and nutrition during pregnancy.
Provides marriage assistance of Rs 30,000 to registered construction workers for the marriage of their daughter. Worker must be registered with BOCW Board for at least 1 year. Supports economically vulnerable construction worker families during major life events.
Provides monthly pension to construction workers registered with BOCW Board after they turn 60 years old. Part of comprehensive welfare package for building and construction workers in Jharkhand. Worker must have minimum 5 years of BOCW registration.
Doorstep delivery program where government officials visit each Panchayat to enroll beneficiaries in various welfare schemes. Citizens can apply for Pension, Ration Card, Scholarship, Housing, Health Card and other schemes at single camp without visiting offices.
Provides free bicycles to Class 8 students enrolled in government schools, especially girls, to prevent school dropouts due to long distance travel. Particularly beneficial for girl students to continue education at secondary level schools.

Provides irrigation infrastructure to small and marginal farmers of Jharkhand. Named after tribal icon Birsa Munda. Creates water harvesting structures, borewells and lift irrigation to ensure year-round irrigation and increase agricultural productivity.
