Provides health insurance coverage of up to Rs 15 Lakh per family per year for cashless medical treatment at empanelled hospitals. Supplements PM Ayushman Bharat scheme and covers additional ailments. Targets all families of Jharkhand beyond AB-PMJAY limit.
Promotes self-reliance and entrepreneurship among women and girls of Jharkhand. Provides financial support, training, and resources for women to start their own business or self-employment ventures. Focuses on economic empowerment of women.
Provides financial assistance of Rs 30,000 for marriage of daughters from BPL / Antyodaya families. Aims to reduce financial burden on poor families and prevent child marriages by enforcing minimum age criteria (18 for bride, 21 for groom).
Provides monthly pension of Rs 1,000 to all eligible senior citizens (60+), widows, and differently-abled persons of Jharkhand regardless of caste or economic status. Universal pension scheme — no income limit or caste restriction.
Waives agricultural short-term crop loans up to Rs 50,000 taken from cooperative banks and scheduled commercial banks. Targets small and marginal farmers (up to 5 acres land) of Jharkhand to provide debt relief and financial stability.
Provides compensation to farmers for crop losses due to natural calamities like drought, flood, hailstorm etc. Minimum compensation of Rs 3,000 per acre for up to 5 acres. Alternative to PM Fasal Bima Yojana — no premium required from farmers.
Provides financial assistance of Rs 2 Lakh for construction of pucca houses to families not covered under PM Awas Yojana. Targets homeless families, kutcha house dwellers, and those living in dilapidated conditions in Jharkhand.
Provides monthly financial assistance of Rs 2,500 to all eligible women in Jharkhand. Scheme aims to provide economic empowerment and financial security to women of the state. Benefits are transferred directly to beneficiary's bank account via DBT.
Offers free coaching to students preparing for National Level Competitive Examinations like JEE, NEET, CLAT, NHMCET, NIFT-CET etc. Students also receive monthly assistance of Rs 2,500 for the entire course period. Selection based on Class 10th marks.
Provides free skill development training to youth aged 18-35 years. Beneficiaries also receive Rozgar Protsahan Bhatta of Rs 1,000 for boys and Rs 1,500 for girls/disabled/transgender, plus Rs 1,000 transportation allowance per month during training period.
Provides unemployment allowance of Rs 5,000 per month to technically qualified unemployed graduates registered with Employment Exchange. Targets youth with Graduation or Post-Graduation degree who are not engaged in any employment.
Government of Jharkhand provides post-matric scholarships to SC, ST, OBC, and Minority students for intermediate, diploma, graduation, post-graduation and PhD courses. Covers tuition fee, maintenance allowance and other academic expenses.
