Is yojana ke nau (9) pramukh pillars hain, jinme Broadband Highways, Universal Access to Mobile Connectivity, Public Internet Access Programme, aur E-Governance shamil hain. Digital India ki wajah se aaj hum ghar baithe PAN card, Passport, aur Voter ID ke liye apply kar sakte hain. DigiLocker iska ek bahut bada hissa hai, jahan aap apne marksheets, Driving License aur Aadhaar ko digital format mein surakshit rakh sakte hain, aur ye physical document jitna hi valid hota hai. It brings transparency in government processes and reduces corruption because there is no middleman involved. BharatNet project ke tehat gaon-gaon mein high-speed internet pahunchaya ja raha hai taaki rural area ke bacche bhi online education le sakein. Digital India has also boosted the E-commerce and FinTech sectors in India, making 'Cashless Economy' a reality through UPI. CSC (Common Service Centers) ke zariye un logo ko bhi digital services mil rahi hain jinke paas internet ki suvidha nahi hai. The mission also focuses on 'Electronics Manufacturing' within India under the 'Make in India' initiative.
