📌 About This Scheme
A citizen-centric digital initiative via the 'UPCOP' mobile app that allows residents to register E-FIRs, apply for character certificates, and report traffic violations directly from their smartphones.

🛠️ How to Apply
1UP Police ki official mobile app 'UPCOP' Google Play Store ya Apple App Store se download karein.
2App me apna mobile number daal kar OTP dwara registration (login) karein.
3**E-FIR ke liye:** 'FIR Registration' par click karein. (Yeh suvidha sirf chori, cyber crime aur gumshudgi aadi non-heinous crimes ke liye hai). Apni details aur ghatna ka vivran bharein aur submit karein. FIR ki PDF copy app par hi mil jayegi.
4**Karakter Praman Patra (Character Certificate) ke liye:** App me aavedan bharein aur ₹50 ki online fee pay karein. Police station se verification ke baad certificate app par aa jayega.
5**Traffic violation (E-Challan) report karne ke liye:** Agar koi traffic niyam tod raha hai, toh uski photo/video app par upload karein. Traffic police verify karke gadi malik ka challan kaat degi.
