📌 About This Scheme
Provides financial assistance of Rs 2 Lakh for construction of pucca houses to families not covered under PM Awas Yojana. Targets homeless families, kutcha house dwellers, and those living in dilapidated conditions in Jharkhand.

🛠️ How to Apply
1Gram Sabha mein naam nominate karwayein ya Block Development Officer se sampark karein.
2BDO office se application form lein ya Jharkhand Housing portal par online apply karein.
3Required documents ke sath form submit karein.
4Survey aur verification ke baad beneficiary list mein naam shamil hoga.
5Construction ke liye 3 installments mein Rs 2 Lakh ki sahayata milegi.
6PMGSY/local contractor ke zariye ghar banaya jayega.
