Bihar ek aisa rajya hai jahan har saal baadh (Floods) ya sukha (Drought) ki samasya rehti hai, jis wajah se kisanon ki mehnat aur punji (Capital) dono barbad ho jati hai. Is nuksan ki bharpai ke liye Bihar sarkar 'Krishi Input Anudan' deti hai. Is yojana ke tehat, barani (rain-fed) kshetron ke liye ₹6,800 per hectare, sinchit (irrigated) kshetron ke liye ₹13,500 per hectare, aur shaswat (perennial) fasalon ke liye ₹18,000 per hectare tak ka anudan diya jata hai. Anudan ki rakam seedha kisan ke bank account mein DBT ke zariye bhej di jati hai. Is yojana ka labh lene ke liye kisan ko 'DBT Bihar' portal par registered hona zaroori hai. Sharecroppers (Bataidar) bhi is yojana ka labh le sakte hain agar woh swa-ghoshna (Self-declaration) patra jama karein.
