The Kushal Yuva Program (KYP) is a flagship skill enhancement initiative by the Government of Bihar. Bihar sarkar ne ise 'Saat Nischay' (7 Resolves) yojana ke antargat shuru kiya hai. Is program ka mukhya uddeshya Bihar ke yuvaon ko aaj ke digital aur professional world ke liye taiyar karna hai. It focuses on three core areas: Life Skills (Soft Skills), Communication Skills (English & Hindi), and Basic Computer Literacy. Aksar dekha gaya hai ki degree hone ke bawajood yuvaon mein communication aur computer ki basic knowledge nahi hoti, jis wajah se unhe naukri nahi milti. KYP isi gap ko khatam karta hai. The program is designed for youth aged between 15 to 28 years (SC/ST ke liye 33 saal aur OBC ke liye 31 saal tak chhoot hai). Pure course ka duration 240 hours hota hai, jo lagbhag 3 mahine mein poora ho jata hai. Isme aapko MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet surfing, aur email handling jaisi zaroori cheezein sikhayi jaati hain. Saath hi, personality development aur interview kaise dena hai, iski bhi training di jaati hai. Ek bahut hi unique feature iska refundable security deposit hai. Students ko ₹1000 jama karne hote hain, jo course complete hone aur final exam pass karne ke baad unke bank account mein wapas bhej diye jaate hain. Isse sirf wahi bacche judte hain jo sach mein seekhna chahte hain. Ab tak lakhon yuva is yojana ka labh uthakar self-dependent ban chuke hain. Training content high-quality e-learning modules ke zariye diya jata hai jo Hindi aur English dono mein available hai, taaki rural areas ke bacche bhi aasani se samajh sakein. Bihar government is committed to transforming the state's workforce into a digitally empowered community through this free training program. Is training ke baad yuvaon ka confidence level kaafi badh jata hai, jo unhe private jobs aur self-employment mein bahut madad karta hai. Program ke ant mein ek certification bhi milta hai jo pure Bihar mein valid hai. Overall, KYP is not just a course; it's a personality transformation journey for the youth of Bihar.
