📌 About This Scheme
Provides completely free heart surgery and travel facilities to children born with a hole in their heart (congenital heart disease).

🛠️ How to Apply
1Yeh yojana un bacchon ke liye hai jinke dil me chhed (hole in heart) hota hai.
2Sabse pehle bacche ko apne nazdiki Primary Health Centre (PHC) ya District Hospital me dikhayein.
3Wahan se bacche ko IGIMS (Patna) ya PMCH refer kiya jayega.
4IGIMS me 'Bal Swasthya Karyakram' (RBSK) ke tahat bacche ki muft screening (ECHO test) hogi.
5Agar surgery ki zaroorat hui, toh IGIMS ek list taiyar karta hai aur department ko bhejta hai.
6Sarkar bacche aur ek guardian ko flight/train se muft me Ahmedabad (Prasanthi Medical Services) bhejti hai.
7Wahan surgery, dawai aur rahna-khana sab kuch Bihar sarkar dwara muft (free) karwaya jata hai.
