Apply Karne Ka Tarika

• 1Yeh yojana BPL parivaron me paida hui bacchiyon ke liye hai.
• 2Bacchi ke janm ke 1 saal ke andar apne aanganwadi kendra ya Block office me sampark karein.
• 3Aanganwadi sevika ke paas scheme ka form bharein.
• 4Form ke sath bacchi ka Janm Praman Patra (Birth Certificate) aur BPL ration card ki copy lagayein.
• 5CDPO (Child Development Project Officer) dwara verification hoga.
