Common Document Checklist For Most Govt Forms
Har recruitment ka form alag hota hai, lekin documents ka core set mostly same rehta hai. Problem tab hoti hai jab last day par certificate missing ho, scan unreadable ho, ya file size/format mismatch ho jaye. Is master checklist ka purpose ye hai ki aap pehle se “document readiness folder” bana lo—jisme correct scans, correct naming, aur valid certificates ready ho. Isse aap form filling fast bhi kar paoge aur rejection/correction window ka risk bhi kam hoga.
1. Identity & Basic Proofs
- Photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Driving License/PAN as per notification)
- Date of birth proof (generally 10th certificate/marksheet)
- Passport-size photo and signature (as per size/dimensions rules)
2. Education & Eligibility Proofs
- 10th/12th marksheets, graduation degree/marksheets (as applicable)
- Equivalent qualification proof (if your degree is equivalent category)
- Experience certificates (if post demands), NOC (if already employed, as per rules)
3. Category, Domicile, and Special Certificates
SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS certificates ki validity aur format notification ke exact template se match karein. State-wise formats differ hote hain, isliye ‘any certificate’ assume mat karein.
Domicile/residence proof, PwD certificate, ex-servicemen documents, sports quota proof—jo bhi applicable ho, uske scan readable aur complete hone chahiye (front-back where required).
4. File Format & Backup Tips
- File naming simple rakhein (photo.jpg, sign.jpg, marksheet10.pdf), special characters avoid karein
- Scans clear ho, corners visible hon, orientation correct ho
- Backup strategy: phone + email/drive + pen drive (optional) me copies rakhein
