Female Candidates Ke Liye Govt Jobs Me Special Rules Aur Benefits
Government of India aur State Governments female candidates ki participation badhane ke liye kai special provisions deti hain. Form bharne ki fees se lekar probation ke dauran leaves tak, women candidates ke liye rules thode different aur supportive hote hain. 1. Form Fees Aur Age Relaxation
- SSC, UPSC aur Railways jaise sabhi major Central exams me Female candidates ke liye form fee 100% exempt (free) hoti hai.
- Kai state govts (jaise Bihar, Rajasthan) females ko upper age limit me 3 se 5 saal ki extra chhoot deti hain, chahe wo kisi bhi category (General/Reserved) se hon.
2. Horizontal Reservation (State Jobs)
Bihar, MP aur anya kai states me government jobs me mahilao ke liye 30% se 35% 'Horizontal Reservation' hota hai. Iska matlab hai ki har category (General, OBC, SC) me fix percentage seate sirf mahilao ke liye reserved hain, jisse unka cut-off naturally kam jata hai.

3. Physical Tests Aur Medical Exemptions

- Medical test me agar koi female candidate pregnant (12 weeks or more) payi jati hai, to unhe temporarily unfit declare karke seat reserve (hold) kar di jati hai, aur delivery ke baad fitness proof dene par joining di jati hai.
