Promotion Refuse (Mana) Karne Ke Niyam Aur Uska MACP Par Bhayankar Asar

Aapko lagta hoga ki agar kisi employee ka promotion hota hai, to wo khushi-khushi naya rank accept kar leta hai. Aur agar MACP aage milna tha, to wo us debarment period ke time-frame me nahi milega jab tak aap effectively regular promotion nahi le lete.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Health Grounds)
