Schemes me delay, pending verification, ya rejection ke case me grievance file karna helpful hota hai—agar aap sahi details aur proofs ke saath structured complaint raise karein. Random messages ya incomplete details se case track nahi ho pata, aur response slow ho jata hai. 1. Complaint Se Pehle Ready Rakhein
- Application/reference ID, registered mobile/email
- Status page screenshot + remarks/rejection reason (if shown)
- Uploaded documents list + bank details proof (if DBT related)
2. Complaint Format (Copy-Friendly)
- Subject: SchemeName | RefID | Issue (Pending/Rejected/Payment Not Received)
- Body: issue summary, date of application, current status, requested action
- Attachments: clear screenshots only, unnecessary photos avoid karein
3. Follow-up & Safety
Reference number ko save karein aur (3-7) working days ka reasonable wait rakhein, phir same thread/ticket par follow-up karein. Multiple new complaints se tracking confusing hoti hai.
Kisi bhi call/message me OTP/UPI PIN na batayein. Official support sirf reference details maangta hai, secret codes nahi.
